Concept Artwork

This was a very interesting project. I was hired to work on early concept art for the mirror in the film Snow White and the Huntsman. Kevin Francis Gray had been approached to work on the mirror after the director had seen one of his sculptures, and the following art was trying to work through a lot of different ideas as to how the sculpture could work. We approached the idea of the mirror being organic, crystalline, a shattered mirror that formed a human shape, leading to elements of stained glass and statues of knights. In the end the director decided to CGI an existing sculpture by Kevin.

Chips Away Storyboard

This storyboard was for a company specialising in repairs to damaged cars, in particular, scratches, dents and scuffs to the paintwork. The brief wanted lots of close-up shots of the various tools repairing and making good the exterior of the cars.

ASOS Storyboard

This storyboard was for an internal video to highlight the various departments within the company and how they all have an impact on the clothes for sale. The idea of the video was that each department would be holding giant black and white cardboard props generally associated with the department, for example, the photography department was represented by a giant camera prop.
